ICCF-US News Release
Teams Participating: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, and the USA. Selection of the teams was made by invitation to Pacific Area countries with those accepting being awarded a place in the tournament.
Rounds: There is only one round, but two games vs. each opponent and the team with the most points from all boards will win the Tournament. (Please note that the reason each player is playing two games with each of his opponent is because in ICCF title tournaments each player must play a minimum of 9 games, and this was the only way to meet this requirement with only 6 teams being fielded. --RPM)
Boards: There are 6 boards and 6 teams. Each participant will play two (2) games against each opponent. The tournament is administered as mini-tournaments, one for each board.
Substitutions: Will be permitted as allowed in the rules.
Start Date: July 9, 1999.
